I enjoy listening to music, critically appreciating the elements that form music. Humor and Wit are something that runs in my blood. The minute details, a pan here, a chord there, the bells, a tonal-shift - all make-up a song, and in most cases, I would have dissected songs (typically A R Rahman's) and spend time with some buddies analyzing the same.
I dabble at composing, record using a software called Audacity, except that my untrained hands introduce more taala-misses than i can tolerate to not-criticize. You can find my musical home page here and my compositions here
Reading - without my daily regimen of reading and music, you can certainly find me out-of-shape mentally. My reading portfolio includes variety of themes... (Auto)Biographies, Detective Fiction, Corporate Turnarounds, Humor, History and business case-studies being some of the major ones.
Blogs are something that i used to be regular at, but have not been in the past 6 months. Trying to shed the inertia and hopefully will get back to my good'ol days soon. In my spare time, i try to help folks out at google groups.
South Indian Vegetarian food is something that i think is a gift unrivalled for its richness and taste :) - yes am a connoisseur of good food. I end up cooking to pacify the demanding needs of the toungue.
